Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team located in Norway, Iowa.

In this role, you will assist in a variety of marketing activities to support the Frontier brand with an emphasis on the Bulk business.

We are seeking a candidate who is eager to grow within brand marketing and has the capability to develop into broader brand marketing responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Executes Frontier brand emails, website updates, and related marketing deliverables in close collaboration with the Brand teamSupports the development and planning of brand-driven marketing initiatives and is responsible for executing activities that drive growth and business objectivesExecutes Frontier Bulk in-store marketing initiatives with direction and partnership from the Brand teamCoordinates the mailing of product and marketing materials to support a wide range of brand-led initiativesDrafts and reviews monthly Bulk catalog content with strategic guidance and collaboration from the Brand teamStrives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical Always works safely, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field; and 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company.

QUANTITATIVE SKILLS Ability to use a computer to create customized spreadsheets, charts and reports, presentations, and interpret data.

Ability to analyze data and basic financial documents and apply information to make decisions.
