YOUR MISSION

As a Support Officer, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework.

You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information.

Your responsibilities include:


* Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.


* Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.


* Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.


* Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.


* Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.


* Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.


* Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.


* Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.


* Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring:


* Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST)

Certifications & Credentials:


* California Emergency Medical Technician License and National Registration
