Lead Golf Service Attendant/Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW: Individual is responsible for the supervisory role of the day to day outside golf operations.

Primary responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to: maintaining golf car fleet, practice facility, player assistance, member/guest hospitality, tournament operations, and operating within a budget.

Learn, understand, and implement the CordeValle Mission Statement, Vision, and Core Values to enhance and provide maximum enjoyment for all internal and external guests.

QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: 1.

Must be a strong and proven leader of the GSA staff and a complete team player.

2.

This position needs to lead by example and must encompass all of the daily operations into his/her daily routine.

3.

Must have the ability to manage the entire outside operation and take ownership of all outside operations.

4.

Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to delegate work in the most challenging of situations.

5.

This position must be able to prioritize work in challenging situations and be able to stay calm and effective throughout.

6.

Must have the ability to provide the most efficient and highest level of customer service in the industry.

7.

Must have the ability to manage staff on a daily basis.

8.

Valid Drivers License.

9.

Minimum 2 years driving experience with a clean record.

10.

Ability to operate a Golf Car safely and transport all guests safely following all company safe practice standards.

11.

Must be detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task 12.

Flexibility of hours and willingness to work more than 40 hours per week including holidays and weekends on a regular basis.

13.

Ability to work outdoors during all weather conditions with uniforms provided.

14.

Must have strong communication skills.

Desirable: 1.

High School Graduate 2.

Prior work experience at resort and private golf facilities.

3.

Strong understanding of high-end private club operations.

4.

Knowledge of the game of golf.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.

Manage GSA staff on a daily basis.

Greet members/guests as they arrive on property.

Unload golf clubs from vehicles.

5.

Assist all members and guests while on property.

6.

Provide towels for guests to use.

7.

Provide cold water in ice chests throughout property.

8.

Pick range balls, and keep range properly supplied at all times.

9.

Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the range and practice facility.
