We're hiring a Sample Fulfillment Coordinator to join County Materials Corporation in Madison, WI.

Job Summary:

The Sample Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations of the Landscape and Masonry Sample Department through the fulfillment of sample requests, inventory management, shipping coordination, and administrative support.

This role serves as a key connection between sales, manufacturing, and branch locations by ensuring sample requests are processed accurately, communicated effectively, and delivered on time.

This position combines office-based coordination with hands-on warehouse responsibilities to maintain efficient day-to-day operations while providing exceptional support to internal customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:


* Fulfill daily sample requests by picking, assembling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accurate, quality and timely order fulfillment in accordance with department standards.


* Coordinate packages and LTL shipments, including scheduling freight pickups and preparing shipping documents.


* Communicate order status, shipping updates, and sample request details with sales and internal departments.


* Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.


* Receive, organize, and restock incoming inventory and sample materials.


* Build, assemble, and maintain sample display materials and other sales support items.


* Safely operate forklifts, pallet Jacks, and other material handling equipment, in accordance with company safety standards.


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.


* Assist with infrequent or special tasks such as literature distribution, trade show preparation, and department projects as needed.


* Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:
