Roles and Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Senior Consultant on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead warehouse and distribution center project work threads across activities from roadmap through deployment


* Support development of automation strategies and phased investment roadmaps, including target operating model design aligned to client fulfillment goals


* Co-lead solution design for warehouse technologies - including goods-to-person, sortation, AS/RS, AMRs, controls, and system interfaces - translating operational requirements into technical specifications


* Support definition of integration requirements across WMS, WCS, WES, ERP, TMS, and data platforms, producing requirements documentation and interface specifications


* Support vendor selection and evaluation processes, including RFP scoring, demo assessment, and reference checks


* Support warehouse automation strategies with larger network transformation projects


* Support operational readiness activities, including test planning, training material development, and go-live cutover support


* Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders, including preparation of executive-level updates
