Licensed Practical Nurse

Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 4:30 PM - 11:30 PMWednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 4:30 PM - 11:30 PM; 11:30 PM - 9:00 AMSaturday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to join a dynamic team of individuals and make a difference in someone's life.

This is an in-home LPN case, and will not be in a group home setting.

Notes: Client requires mealtime supervision, physical assistance with completing ADLs and toileting, and will require patience with daily living.

It is a requirement to wear PPE (gowns and gloves), a KN95 or N95 mask, and wash hands upon entering the apartment (these must also be worn while transferring client to and from wheelchair).

Hoyer life experience is required, as the individual requires physical assistance with one for all transfers.

Cleaning tasks are required for keeping the apartment sterilized.
