Job Description:

HPE is seeking a Communications Manager, Business Impact Storytelling & Programs.

This is a hybrid role to be based in our Houston, TX / San Jose, CA / Sunnyvale, CA office

We're looking for an experienced communications leader to help team members better understand HPE’s business, products, innovation agenda, customer impact, and technology heritage while advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen engagement, pride, and business alignment.

How you’ll make your mark:

As a member of the Team Member Communications team, you will serve as a strategic communications advisor and lead key Business, Product, and Innovation communication programs that reach team members across the company.

You will develop multi-quarter communication strategies that drive integrated storytelling to help team members understand HPE’s innovation, portfolio strategy, customer success, and business priorities.

You will lead some of our most visible communications programs, including global industry event communications, heritage and archives initiatives, sustainability programs, and business impact storytelling.
