The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Travel Respiratory Therapist to manage respiratory equipment setups and patient care across the entire state of Indiana.

In this hybrid clinical and field role, you will be the primary expert responsible for initiating life-sustaining and sleep therapy equipment in patient homes or transitional care facilities.

Schedule:MondayFriday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state of Indiana.

CRT or RRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care.

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical respiratory experience; previous homecare or field experience highly preferred.

Deep clinical knowledge of invasive and non-invasive ventilation, CPAP, and BiPAP modalities.

Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and be comfortable with extensive daily driving across Indiana (company vehicle provided) Strong independent time-management skills, sales acumen, and a high level of empathy for patients in the home setting.

What Youll Be Doing Travel throughout the state of Indiana to perform initial setups and ongoing assessments for complex respiratory equipment, primarily focusing on Ventilators, BiPAPs, and CPAPs.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the safe and effective use of respiratory equipment, proper maintenance, and mask fitting.

Perform routine and emergency troubleshooting of ventilators and sleep therapy devices in the field.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records and documentation for all patient encounters.

Participate in an on-call schedule to provide after-hours support, emergency equipment troubleshooting, and urgent setups for hospital discharges across the territory.

Act as a clinical liaison and brand ambassador to physicians, hospital discharge planners, and sleep labs to drive new referrals.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling respiratory supplies, replacement parts, or upgraded equipment during patient visits.

Build strong relationships within the local healthcare network to expand our footprint in the Indiana market.
