Sr. Manager Maintenance Operations

Join our manufacturing team as a Senior Engineer leading maintenance operations.

You'll optimize equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in ensuring our plant runs at peak performance.

What will you do?


* Lead maintenance operations including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime


* Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate resources to minimize operational disruptions


* Analyze maintenance data to uncover trends and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency


* Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize methods
