Field Decommission Technician

As a Field Decommission Technician, youll be on the front lines of safely dismantling, removing, and processing electrical equipment at customer sites across the country.

This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically skilled professionals who enjoy working in the field, prioritize safety, and take pride in performing essential work that supports regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship.

Dismantle, remove, and process electrical equipment, materials, and infrastructure at customer sites using hand tools, pneumatic tools, plasma cutters, and other equipment.Operate heavy machineryincluding excavators, telehandlers, and similar equipmentsafely and efficiently.Work extended shifts while maintaining professionalism, productivity, and a strong commitment to safety.Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including spill-containment protocols, proper material handling, and incident reporting.Complete assigned work orders, inspection records, and other required documentation accurately and on time.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to customer site requirements and company standards.Represent the Company professionally when interacting with customers, coworkers, contractors, and site personnel.Travel up to 80% of the time, including frequent overnight and extended stays at customer locations across the country.Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work at changing job sites and in varying environments.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, physically demanding conditions.
