Assistant Nurse Manager OR Pod 1

• 4/10 hour shifts
  • 630A-4:30P
  • 3-4 shared calls per year-taken a week at a time by phone
• 30-35 direct reports 
• Responsible for staff scheduling, interviewing, coaching/disciplinary actions, performance reviews and other duties
• 13 OR suites
• Core services-gynecology, urology, colorectal, MIS, bariatrics and robotic surgeries
• OR and leadership experience preferred plus strong communication skills
• Bonus eligible
