Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

$2000 Sign-on Bonus

Shift Details:  4x10 schedule.

Monday - Friday; 5:00am or 6:00am -to finish, (Day off decided upon hire)

Pay Details: Pay starting at $20.00_ with potential for up to $23.75 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.                                                                                                 

Responsibilities:

  • Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
  • Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
  • Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
  • Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
  • Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
  • Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
    Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferre
