This role requires collaborating with cross-functional divisions to develop automotive body structures and
components in the Interior Trim Development department that meet or exceed customer expectations while
balancing vehicle performance, styling, marketability, manufacturing, profitability, and other design constraints &
considerations.

Design responsibilities may include both structural and/or styled parts utilizing a variety of
materials (steel, plastics, composites, etc.) as well as manufacturing processes (stamping, injection molding, etc.).
Additional responsibilities may include researching & developing new technologies for future vehicle applications.

Create and manage 3D models, layouts, and 2D engineering drawings using CATIA, ensuring compliance with Honda design standards and program requirements.

Collaborate and negotiate with internal Honda stakeholders, including design engineering teams, testing departments, styling studios, manufacturing plants, and purchasing groups to align product and business objectives.
