Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist


* Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence


* Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies


* Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications


* Current California COTA license in good standing


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care


* Positive and team-oriented attitude
