What will you do?


* Responsible for assisting in the development of new temporary workers, retraining current employees, cross training, etc.


* Possesses the ability to work with multiple individuals possessing different skill levels.


* Has strong interpersonal skills.


* Has must have a professional demeanor.


* Help with trouble shooting.


* Provide objective student evaluations during the training period.


* Encourages participants to learn from themselves and the class.


* Will perform other duties as required.

Who will you report to?


* Production Supervisor

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Candidate must possess applicable wiring experience.


* Must have all applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced wiring.


* Must have no more than 3 points with no written policy infractions.


* Must be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months.


* Must have "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter.


* Must be willing to bring your personal tool cart to the interview and explain your 5s.

Work schedule: weekend shift Fri.

- Sun.

6:00am - 6:30pm
