About the Role

HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Digital Initiatives to lead the business-side execution of a large-scale digital platform program that enables new capabilities, modernizes operations, and improves customer and partner experiences.

Reporting to the Digital Strategy Leader, this role is accountable for integrated delivery of the assigned initiative across business, product, operations, technology, data, change management, Finance, and external partner teams.

The Senior Program Manager translates approved strategic objectives into an executable, integrated program plan and drives delivery from planning through platform implementation, launch, stabilization, adoption, and value realization.

The role operates within the enterprise product operating model, governance standards, planning cadence, and delivery frameworks established by Product Operations & Governance and the broader Transformation Office.

This position is suited to a leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and drives disciplined execution in a highly matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership



* Lead integrated business execution for an assigned large-scale digital platform initiative within established enterprise planning and governance frameworks.



* Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, success measures, decision log, and cross-workstream delivery plan for the assigned initiative.



* Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation or escalation.



* Apply the product operating model, governance standards, planning cadence, and delivery controls defined by Product Operations & Governance and the broader enterprise program.

Business Outcomes and Value Realization



* Develop and maintain the business case, benefits framework, measurable outcomes, and value realization plan in partnership with Finance and business leaders.
