About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to provide financial insights and analysis that help guide business decisions and support the company’s strategic and financial goals.

In this role, you’ll partner with Finance leadership and teams across the organization to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

You’ll develop financial models, identify key business drivers, and translate complex financial information into meaningful insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to dig into the details while understanding the bigger business picture.

What You’ll Do


* Support the annual budgeting and planning process, partnering with department leaders to develop financial plans and forecasts.


* Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, projections, and performance reporting.


* Analyze financial and operational results, including profitability, trends, costs, and performance against budget and forecast.


* Identify and analyze key business drivers and develop financial models to support short- and long-term decision-making.


* Prepare financial reporting and analysis across areas such as region, product, and customer.


* Translate complex financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for leadership.


* Partner with business leaders to improve financial understanding and support data-driven decision-making.


* Support the capital planning process, including analysis of capital expenditures and spending proposals.


* Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, productivity improvements, and cost savings.


* Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and efficiencies across the organization.


* Collaborate with Corporate Finance and cross-functional partners to support organizational goals.


* Support financial analysis for M&A opportunities and other strategic projects, as needed.
