Manufacturing - Manufacturing Supervisor 3rd Shift

Purpose

Lead manufacturing and distribution activities for EFCO forming systems.

Supervise production operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, while supporting inventory management and employee development.

Serve as a key representative of management on the shop floor, promoting a positive work culture and continuous improvement in support of EFCO's goals.

Essential Functions

Leadership and Production Supervision (30%)
Provide direct leadership to hourly production employees while monitoring performance, ensuring accountability, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Administer daily production schedules, oversee departmental operations, and maintain alignment with EFCO's quality and efficiency goals.

Apply Leadership, Responsibility, and Technical Skills to drive results and employee engagement.

Inventory Control and Department Organization (30%)
Manage the layout and organization of production materials, ensuring efficient use of space and inventory accuracy.

Coordinate raw material flow and finished goods movement to support customer delivery expectations.

Demonstrate Judgment and Organization in balancing workflow and resource availability.

Employee Development and Performance Management (15%)
Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of hourly team members.

Conduct performance evaluations, guide career development, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Foster a high-performance environment through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.

Safety Oversight and Compliance (15%)
Train employees on equipment use and enforce EFCO safety protocols.

Proactively identify safety risks, lead incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
