Position Title

Warranty & Corporate Records Analyst

Position Overview

The Warranty & Corporate Records Analyst will support business operations across Warranty Administration and Corporate Records Management within the shared services environment.

The position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of warranty-related data, reviewing and categorizing warranty claims, processing warranty invoices and vouchers in JD Edwards (JDE), and coordinating completed transactions with the Accounts Payable (AP) team.

The role will also support Corporate Records activities involving document identification, quality review, validation, classification, processing and archival of plant and work-order documentation using systems such as ABBYY, SQL databases, document repositories/vaults, and other business applications.

The analyst will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Warranty, Quality, Accounts Payable, Finance, Operations and Corporate Records teams, and will be expected to maintain high levels of data accuracy, process compliance, turnaround time and documentation quality.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline

5-8 years of relevant experience.

Preferred

Experience in an automotive, commercial vehicle, manufacturing, engineering or shared services environment would be advantageous.

Exposure to warranty claims, quality documentation, Accounts Payable processes or corporate records/document-control activities would be preferred.
