Job Description

Assure that all Safety, LP, and HR policies are followed daily.
Manage AutoZoners in such a way as to ensure that all orders are picked, processed, and shipped on time.
Talent development.
Organize and plan the workday.
Motivate, coach, and discipline AutoZoners.
Review progress of AutoZoners.
Help define problems and identify possible solutions for unusual issues that arise in our business.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Monitor store replenishment.
Ensure adherence to the work schedule.
Ensure great recovery and smooth shift change.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely picking, packing, and processing of customer orders

• Inspiring your team to make their FC second to none.

• Setting the stage for a safe workplace through safety training and accident preparedness.

• Assembling a top-notch team, including training, personnel development and evaluations, and corrective actions to improve performance.

• Guiding team members in daily operations to ensure the highest degree of safety, service, and quality.

• Helping to develop operational policies and procedures on issues that affect your team.

• Creating an open path of communication between you and your team.

• Evaluating current work methods and eliminating inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Must have exceptional people skills and be able to supervise and coach a team to meet performance standards.

A successful candidate needs to understand the demands of a fast-paced work environment involving selecting, Inbound and Outbound, VDP, processing, and Shipping.

Must be organized, have good computer skills, and enjoy working in a team environment.

A successful candidate will have very good verbal and written communication skills.

Must be flexible with shift schedules.
