Director of Customs Brokerage We are launching a dedicated, highly specialized internal Customs Brokerage organization designed to elevate the way we support our internal teams, serve our customers, and scale our customs capabilities for the future.

This new structure will bring together Customs professionals across two regional teams, supporting the East and the West, each team led by a manager who will report to the Director of Customs Brokerage.

In this critical leadership role, the Director will set the vision, build operational consistency, strengthen compliance and service standards, and develop a high-performing team positioned to deliver expert guidance, responsive support, and best-in-class customs brokerage solutions across the business.

How you will be successful.

Lead Customs Brokerage Operations: Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for customs brokerage and Partner Government Agency (PGA) activities, ensuring compliance, service excellence, and alignment with Greens business objectives.

Drive Performance & Accountability: Establish and monitor operational KPIs, including entry timeliness, accuracy, service levels, and grid performance.

Hold teams accountable for results and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop & Lead Talent: Build, coach, and develop high-performing customs brokerage teams.

Ensure appropriate staffing, training, succession planning, and professional development to support business growth and evolving regulatory requirements.

Champion Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize customs brokerage processes, technology, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain oversight of customs and PGA compliance, including classification, valuation, tariff applicability, free trade agreement eligibility, import/export restrictions, and ACE-ABI messaging.

Provide Technical Expertise: Serve as a senior subject matter expert on customs and PGA matters, supporting branch management, business development, and operational teams in resolving complex issues and identifying opportunities.

Lead Root Cause Analysis: Oversee investigations into errors, inaccuracies, delays, and compliance concerns.
