Louis, MO (onsite) Reports to: Warehouse Manager TheWarehouse Supervisor is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations within an assigned verticalDirect-to-Consumer (D2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), or Southern Hobby Distribution (SHD).

This role leads frontline associates to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining operational discipline and adherence to standard processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing people, driving daily output, and ensuring consistent execution on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Execution Own daily execution and performance results for assigned verticalResponsible for allocating labor and adjusting staffing within assigned area based on daily prioritiesEnsure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on timeManage workflow across assigned functions (picking, packing, shipping, and/or receiving)Supports a multi-channel environment and may be reassigned based on daily operational prioritiesAdjust staffing and priorities in real time based on volume and service level needs Team Leadership Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse associates on the floorSet clear expectations for productivity, quality, and attendanceProvide real-time feedback and address performance issues promptlySupport onboarding and training of new hires Productivity & Quality Management Monitor daily KPIs including productivity rates, order accuracy, and on-time shipmentEnsure adherence to SOPs and quality standards across all processesIdentify inefficiencies and escalate or resolve operational issues quicklyMaintain organization and workflow efficiency within assigned area Communication & Coordination Communicate daily priorities, targets, and updates to team membersPartner closely with other supervi...
