The Wax Team creates and refines high-quality wax patterns for the lost-wax casting process.

They use a variety of handheld tools, similar to dental instruments, to shape wax and plastic injections from molds.

They will inspect the quality of pieces and remove any flaws from the patterns.

The separate wax and plastic pieces are combined onto a common sprue rod to create a tree-like structure, also used in the lost-wax casting process.

TheMetal Mold Manifestor is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing manufacturing orders for cast products, managing metal and plastic molds, and maintaining inventory to support the Wax and Casting departments.
