Job Overview: The Lead DME Representative is responsible for ensuring that the DME department runs efficiently by overseeing DME & Supplies requests from all sources.

Essential Responsibilities: ODAG auditLiaison for ProPeer emailsDisenrollment list for all LOBSAssist with Triaging emails to DME mailboxVerifying Medicaid through epaces as requested from staffTraining of new staffAssist with creating changing workflowsRun Work Log Manager to ensure that activities are responded to within 48 business daysAssist with auditing MLTC/Medicare authorizationsUpdating DME Staff weekly productivity log Monthly individual DME winning stars per employeeMonthly DME winning stars dashboardMonthly employee ratio Backup for DME DirectorComplete audits for surveys as needed/member facing team projects Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in the use of office equipment and the computer; Microsoft Word, Excel, Guiding CareSelf-directing, good organizational and interpersonal skills Required Education, Experience, and Licenses: Graduate of high school 2 year satisfactory healthcare office experience Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO package Multiple floating holidays 401 (K) with employer contribution
