Client Onboarding - Senior Implementation Manager, Associate/VP

Join our Client Onboarding team within Workplace Solutions and lead enterprise equity compensation implementations from project initiation through go-live and transition to ongoing service.

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will lead implementation projects across multiple stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear project plans and driving successful client delivery.

This senior individual-contributor role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and equity compensation expertise.

Job Responsibilities


* Lead enterprise implementations from discovery and planning through testing, go-live, and transition.


* Develop and manage Implementation project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.


* Coordinate client and internal stakeholders across multiple functions and workstreams.


* Lead Implementation project governance, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, status meetings, and readiness reviews.


* Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to evaluate requirements, solve problems, and recommend practical solutions.


* Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and competing priorities.


* Coordinate data conversion, validation, reconciliation, testing, and implementation-readiness activities.


* Drive accountability across project stakeholders while delivering a high-quality client onboarding experience.


* Mentor new joiners and contribute to implementation best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills


* 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of equity compensation share plans.


* Experience leading large-scale or enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders.


* Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


* Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and solutioning skills.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence outcomes, and drive decisions.


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications


* IPO implementation or IPO-readiness experience is helpful but not required.


* CEP, ECA, PMP, or similar qualification or relevant experience.


* Experience leading platform conversions or data migrations.
