Koch is hiring a Project Manager to support Rushmore Labs, a Koch subsidiary.

At Rushmore Labs, you will help bring new ideas to life, solve meaningful challenges, and advance ventures with real-world impact.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects that support key business objectives within and beyond Koch.

You will oversee project planning, execution, and control, including schedules, resources, budgets, and scopes of work.

We are seeking a proactive leader who can navigate complex projects, remove roadblocks, solve problems, and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable value.

Our Team

This role exists within a Project Management capability that works across the entire business.

The team partners closely with leaders throughout the organization to prioritize investments, align resources, and execute projects that improve business performance, scalability, and deliver measurable business results.

The scope and complexity of assigned projects may vary based on experience.

What You Will Do


* Manage projects using an approach that ensures the quality and competitive performance expected by stakeholders.


* Lead project teams consisting of data engineers, software engineers, data analysts, data scientists, business leaders, and 3rd parties to ensure all aspects of the project are kicked off correctly and all details properly considered.


* Develop and maintain project execution plans appropriate to the size and complexity of the work, including scope, schedule, cost and value tracking, risk and issue management, and implementation.


* Identify and effectively manage key dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.


* Hold regular status meetings with the project team.

Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.


* Partner with key stakeholders on expected deliverables and timelines and align resources across projects accordingly.


* Communicate project status proactively to stakeholders across the organization, including leadership.


* Recognize opportunities for value creation and innovation in the project management work processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience leading and coordinating teams cross functionally in a fast-paced environment to meet project deliverables.


* Experience contributing to or leading project planning, budgeting, or scoping activities


* Experience working on projects focused on predictive model development, custom software development, or complex data analysis.


* Experience applying project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.


* Experience supporting business transformation and process improvement
