Mission:

Lead the industrialization activities throughout the Offer Creation Process ensuring manufacturing processes and supply chain readiness to achieve time-to-market, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Coordinate industrialization teams and factories to successfully launch new products and secure performance during ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities


* Propose and evaluate industrial scenarios aligned with industrial strategy.


* Define and monitor project KPIs, including investments, product cost, expenses, quality, and efficiency targets.


* Prepare and manage the industrialization project plan and milestones.


* Ensure project time-to-market objectives are achieved.


* Coordinate industrialization activities from Opening Gate to Sell Gate with project and factory teams.


* Actively contribute to project governance and decision-making.


* Support factories during production start-up and ramp-up phases.


* Monitor cost, quality, and efficiency performance during the first year of production.

Skills & Requirements:


* At least 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing processes, quality, or new product introduction.


* Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.


* Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment.


* Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


* Team player with a collaborative mindset.


* Advanced English level.


* Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.
