Mission:

Manage the development, validation and implementation of injection molds for plastic components ensuring compliance with quality, cost and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities


* Define tooling and manufacturing constraints with Product Design Teams.


* Prepare mold technical specifications.


* Perform and review Mold Flow Analysis.


* Evaluate mold suppliers and analyze quotations.


* Follow mold manufacturing and validation activities at supplier's side.


* Coordinate mold implementation in production plants.


* Maintain technical records and project tracking

Skills & Requirements


* Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.


* Knowledge of mold design and injection molding processes.


* Problem-solving and analytical skills.


* Fluent English.


* Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.
