The Change Owner leads product evolutions end-to-end with full accountability for scope, cost, timelines, and results.

Pulls and drives tasks, provides estimations, and ensures progress of his project through milestones.

Committed to delivery, the Change Owner identifies impacts & risks, defines mitigation plans, and prioritizes accordingly.

Working collaboratively, he is accountable for reliable schedule to ensure efficient execution accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:


* Coordination and execution of Offer Change Management activities as per the description in OLM


* Drive impact analysis of any change request; define technical efforts & estimate tasks to execute


* Develop project plans & schedules and monitor progress


* Manage risks to ensure timely and quality delivery


* Facilitate collaboration across teams, communicate updates to stakeholders, and adapt plans as needed.


* Ensure visibility and traceability of execution and decisions in the appropriate tools & meetings.

Qualifications
Must have


* Specialized knowledge and significant experience in project, process, or change management.


* Experience leading changes from impact analysis through execution and delivery.


* Strong skills in planning, scheduling, estimation, risk management, and prioritization.


* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.


* Strong ownership, professional judgement, and decision-making skills.


* Autonomy to make decisions, lead initiatives, and shape how work gets done

Nice to have


* Experience managing product evolutions or Offer Change Management activities.


* Knowledge of tools and processes used to ensure execution visibility and decision traceability.
