We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive product development projects from concept through industrialization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with proven leadership skills, coordinating cross-functional teams, guiding technical decisions, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.

Your Mission

As an Offer Technical Leader (OTL), you will provide end-to-end technical leadership and ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations.

You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, product owners, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


* Technical Leadership
+ Act as the main technical reference within the squad or project team.
+ Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear technical requirements.
+ Define technical specifications and lead engineering activities throughout the development process.
+ Evaluate technical feasibility and estimate the resources, budget, and timeline needed to achieve project objectives.
+ Define key product design decisions together with architects and technical leaders.
+ Ensure alignment with Schneider Electric's technology strategy.
Project and Team Coordination
+ Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
+ Plan and prioritize technical activities with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders.
+ Organize and lead technical reviews and design reviews.
+ Support collaboration across different squads and development teams.
+ Contribute to the development of team competencies through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Risk Management and Product Quality
+ Drive technical risk analysis and define mitigation plans.
+ Ensure robust and reliable product design following DfSR (Design for System Reliability) principles.
+ Lead the resolution of critical technical issues.
+ Oversee technical studies, simulations, functional analysis, and FMEA activities.
