Job Title : Manager - Quality

Experience - 5 - 8 years

Education- BE Electrical

Additional Skills & Achievements: Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.

Location: Ahilyanagar works

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities


* Monitor & evaluate supplier quality performance through KPIs and scorecards.


* Handle supplier quality issues and non-conformances.


* Drive supplier quality improvement programs.


* Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Validation activities


* Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving methodologies.


* Supplier Audits , Flash Audit , Special process Audits & Part validation

Technical Competencies:


* SAP awareness


* Must have expertise in Lean , six sigma, Poka-yoke, Kaizen


* Hands on experience in use of various QC tools


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Operational Responsibility:


* Ability to travel to supplier locations as required.


* Customer Complaint Reduction Related to Supplier Parts.


* Supplier Corrective Action Closure Effectiveness.


* SPC for parts
