Within the Energy Management Business Unit, you will join the Power Products division, which designs low-voltage electrical distribution products and systems.

We offer a complete range of safe and reliable solutions for low-voltage electrical distribution applications, including circuit breakers, enclosures, distribution panels, and associated software solutions.

Your Role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Channel Partner Software organization, you will act as a Product Owner for an Agile squad developing enterprise web applications that support switchboard configuration and related digital solutions.

You will own the squad's value flow by converting product priorities, business needs, and customer expectations into clear, testable, and appropriately sequenced work.

You will maintain a transparent and delivery-ready backlog, ensure that backlog items are sufficiently understood before implementation, and validate that delivered solutions meet the agreed value and quality expectations.

Working as part of a SAFe Agile Release Train, you will connect product strategy to squad execution by maintaining alignment between product vision, PI objectives, features, stories, and releases.

You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Analysts, Technical Leaders, developers, testers, architects, DevOps, the Release Train Engineer, other Product Owners, and relevant business stakeholders.

You will prioritize work according to customer and business value while considering risks, dependencies, technical constraints, quality expectations, and squad capacity.

Through demonstrations, stakeholder feedback, and available usage insights, you will help strengthen feedback loops and continuously refine the squad's priorities.

Product Priorities and Value Direction


* Translate product vision, roadmap priorities, business needs, and customer expectations into actionable outcomes for the squad.


* Ensure the squad understands the expected customer and business value of its work.


* Prioritize backlog items based on value, risk, dependencies, delivery constraints, and team capacity.


* Maintain alignment between PI objectives, features, stories, and releases.


* Balance short-term delivery priorities with the long-term evolution of the product.

Backlog Ownership and Delivery Readiness


* Own and maintain the squad backlog, ensuring it remains transparent, prioritized, and delivery-ready.


* Convert product priorities into clear features, enablers, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


* Drive backlog refinement and ensure sufficient work is prepared for upcoming iterations and planning activities.


* Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leaders, architects, developers, and testers to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and identify dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
