The primary function of IT Manager is to manage and support the company's technology infrastructure across multiple business units.

This position is based On-Site in our home office in Glassboro, New Jersey with occasional travel as needed to our other locations.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, and user support while ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.

IT Manager Job Duties: Administer and maintain company workstations, mobile devices, and cloud-based systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, phones, and business applications.Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, email administration, and security policies.Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup, user provisioning, and access management.Support ERP, CRM, inventory, and business management systems used throughout the organization.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, managed service providers, and telecommunications partners.Develop and maintain IT documentation, processes, and asset inventories.Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support company growth.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices related to information security and data protection.

Lead technology projects including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.Ensure business continuity through backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity preparedness.

IT Manager Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, networking, and cloud technologies.Experience supporting both office and remote users.Understanding of cybersecurity principles, backup solutions, and disaster recovery practices.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
