Job Description:

The Global Services (GS) Interaction Model Demand & Service Excellence team is recruiting for a Digital Business Product Operations & Testing Lead.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Operations and Testing, this individual will support the operating discipline and business testing responsibilities for the GS Interaction Model product portfolio.

The role will work across Business Product Owners, product managers, business analysts, technology teams, testers, experience partners, service delivery teams, and functional stakeholders to improve planning, execution, traceability, readiness, quality, and product performance.

The individual will coordinate repeatable product operations practices and provide hands-on support for test planning, scenario development, user acceptance testing, defect management, launch readiness, product documentation, and post-launch validation.

This position provides the business-side coordination, standards, evidence, and operational support needed to connect product priorities with effective testing, controlled launch, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Business Product Operations Support


* Support the Senior Manager, Product Operations and Testing in implementing common product operating practices, standards, templates, tools, and governance across GS Interaction Model products.


* Coordinate recurring product operations activities, including planning inputs, portfolio updates, roadmap and backlog hygiene, dependency tracking, risk and issue management, decision logging, release calendars, and action follow-up.


* Help Business Product Owners maintain accurate and current product artifacts, operating procedures, support models, and performance measures.


* Prepare portfolio dashboards, product reviews, governance materials, leadership updates, and consolidated views of progress, risks, quality, readiness, and outcomes.
