What You'll Do: Responsibilities of the Substitute Plumbing Apprenticeship Instructor include, but are not limited to: Be willing to travel to the Payson and Lehi campuses as needed.Delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in both classroom and lab settings.Supporting student growth through mentoring, regular feedback, and individualized success planning.Ensuring your curriculum stays current and aligned with real industry expectations.Partnering with fellow instructors, administrators, and industry leaders to maintain a high-quality learning experience.Leading by example in professionalism, safety, and workplace readiness.Assess student progress through written, oral, practical, and performance-based evaluations.Create a student-centered atmosphere by maintaining an inspiring, well-organized classroom while ensuring the equipment is safe, functional, and well-maintained.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and accountability to support their academic success.
