Work you'll do

As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for...


* Design, develop, test, and maintain analytics workflows, data pipelines, and data transformation processes using Python and modern data engineering practices


* Apply algorithms, data structures, probability, and statistics to develop analytical solutions that support client decision-making and mission outcomes


* Build and support data models, analytical outputs, and technical deliverables using structured, documented development approaches


* Present technical concepts, findings, and solution updates to non-technical stakeholders and client teams in an onsite environment


* Document code, workflows, assumptions, and technical designs to support delivery, sustainment, and knowledge transfer

Qualifications

Required:


* 3+ years of experience with Python and Scientific Python Stack tools, including NumPy and Pandas


* 3+ years of experience applying algorithms, data structures, probability, and statistics in analytics, engineering, or software solutions


* 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation and presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
