Deputy Manager - Stores Supervisor

This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt.

Ltd.)

Designation: Deputy Manager - Stores Supervisor

Location: Ahmednagar

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com (Supply Chain / Stores)

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)


* Handle Shift Operations in Stores including People Management, Material Management & Transportation Management


* Respond to Production requirements for a Project Business(ETO/MTO) with Agility and honour committed deadlines and resolve operational conflicts with collaboration and harmony.


* Ensure Material Accounting with utmost care during Material Receipt , Material Issue and Material Dispatches.


* Ensure Cycle count on daily basis for critical items


* Meet Compliance requirement on GST, Safety,5S, DWM and world class warehouse practices.

Functional Competencies


* Material Accounting & Cycle Count in Stores/ Warehouse Processes


* SAP MM/WM & Office 365 knowledge including Advanced Excel, Power Query & Data Visualization.


* GST compliance & Internal Control Awareness for Stores / Warehouse.


* Exposure to MTO/ETO Project Environment with high number of SKUs


* Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing Practices - 5S,Warehouse Safety, DWM
