Manager, Global Strategy (Hybrid) - Atlanta, GA

Join our team as a Manager, Global Strategy and help drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

In this hybrid role, you'll partner with leaders across multiple business units to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support organizational goals.

What You'll Do

✅ Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
✅ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, operational improvements, and root causes
✅ Develop meaningful metrics, forecasts, and business recommendations
✅ Lead strategic planning efforts and create data-driven solutions
✅ Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
✅ Provide consulting support to management on key business challenges

* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field


* At least 3-5 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience required


* Thorough understanding of business initiatives, forecasting, and performance metrics.


* Solid knowledge of finance and/or business analytics


* Good organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a high degree of initiative


* System skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint


* Strong customer focus, good listening, negotiation and problem-resolution skills


* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and work with all levels of internal and external clients


* Ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously


* Ability to identify issues and raise client concerns to management for discussion


* Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services
