Deputy Manager - Quality

Key Responsibilities:



* In-process inspection of panel fabrication, wiring, assembly of partial finished panels.


* Inspection document readiness of PLC, LV drives, MV drives performed at Factory.


* Co-ordinate with TPI inspection agency for carry out inspection for Electrical & instrumentation equipment.

If required attend critical inspection in-person.


* Lead quality initiative like six sigma, 5S, offer safety, ISO certification.


* Conduct field feedback review & provide feedback to engineering, Manufacturing.


* Participate in root cause analysis, vendor evaluation etc.



* 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing of panel industries.


* Analytical problem-solving skills.


* Strong debugging capability.


* Effective communication and technical documentation skills.


* Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.


* Customer-focused approach with strong teamwork skills.
