Service Offer Data Specialist

The Service Offer Data Specialist serves as the country focal point for service offer data across Product Information Management (PIM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage service offer data uploads and perform required country localization of offer data in PIM and ERP systems.

This role ensures that localized data is complete, accurate, validated, published, and fully available for downstream commercial, supply chain, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities


* Data Upload & Offer Localization: Manage the end-to-end upload of service offer data into PIM and ERP systems following established templates, validation rules, and governance standards.

Execute country localization of offer data, including offer ranges, commercial references, descriptions, required attributes, pricing information, and Web eCatalogue content.


* PIM Publication & Coordination: Validate and publish localized service offer data to web channels once all required parameters are complete.

Coordinate localization needs with local offer marketing and cross-functional teams.


* ERP Master Data & Downstream Enablement: Complete master data templates using tools like One Shuttle to enrich service offer attributes in ERP (SAP).

Map downstream workflows and SAP settings for quotation, item category, order management, billing, work order generation, and annual transfer price campaigns.


* Data Analysis & Governance: Extract ERP order data to run data analysis, resolve data discrepancies, track upload success rates, monitor localization progress, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements


* Education: Bachelor's degree (degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical discipline preferred).


* Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data uploads, offer data localization, PIM (Product Information Management), ERP master data, or a closely related data management role.


* Technical Skills:
+ Solid data validation, management, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
+ Working knowledge of ERP landscapes (SAP preferred), transaction codes, master data tables, and attributes.
+ Familiarity with asset management and catalog tools such as EDMS, DAM, Web eCatalogue, or One Shuttle.
+ Internal candidates: Basic understanding of Schneider Electric service offers and the offer creation process.


* Communication: Business-fluent English skills (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with global and local stakeholders.
