Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Financial Analyst.

Purpose:

This role serves as a finance partner to the commercial organization, providing timely analysis and insights that support business decisions and disciplined execution.

The position contributes to planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes; monitors key financial drivers; identifies risks and opportunities; and collaborates with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear financial actions.

You will be responsible for:



* Support commercial and cross-functional stakeholders with financial analysis, performance explanations, and data-driven recommendations.


* Prepare inputs for business plans, forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring projections are connected to key business drivers.


* Develop variance, scenario, profitability, and trend analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.


* Maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools, improving data quality, transparency, and process efficiency.


* Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, variance explanations, and reporting accuracy.


* Help ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and governance requirements.


* Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous-improvement projects, completing assigned deliverables with quality and timeliness.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:



* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.


* Typically 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, accounting, or commercial finance.
