Specialist, Quality Management Systems Advocate

The Services Tender Quality and Process Support Specialist is responsible for driving standardization, continuous improvement, and quality excellence across the Services Tender organization.

This role ensures consistent quotation processes, tools, and best practices are implemented across regional teams to improve quotation accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and customer responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation Process Standardization


* Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized quotation processes, procedures, and tools across the Services Tender organization.


* Establish and communicate best practices that improve quotation quality, speed, consistency, and accuracy.


* Ensure alignment of regional quotation teams with global and regional standards and methodologies.

Quality and Process Excellence


* Monitor quotation performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.


* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and commercial effectiveness.


* Maintain governance of quotation quality standards and process compliance.

Training and Capability Development


* Supports the design and maintenance of onboarding and development training programs for both new and experienced team members.

* Track training effectiveness and recommend development plans to address capability gaps.

Offer, Process, and Tool Deployment


* Support the development, testing, and deployment of new service offers, quotation tools, and business processes.


* Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new initiatives across regional teams.


* Develop supporting documentation, training materials, and communications for new processes and tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


* Work closely with Services Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Regional Tendering teams to ensure alignment and consistency.


* Act as a subject matter expert for quotation processes, tools, and tendering best practices.


* Facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned across the organization.



* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
