Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager, Digital Partner Services (mySchneider), coordinates the successful delivery of digital initiatives across the mySchneider ecosystem.

This role serves as the primary connection point between business stakeholders, product owners, IT, support teams and global digital teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned to business objectives and built around a seamless customer and partner experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities, complex dependencies and aggressive timelines.

They are an exceptional communicator who can build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups while maintaining focus on delivery quality, testing discipline and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.


* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.


* Coordinate business, IT and digital teams to ensure priorities, resources and deliverables remain aligned.


* Proactively identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks and conflicting stakeholder objectives.


* Facilitate governance meetings, project reviews and executive status updates.


* Gather, document and validate business requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.


* Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test execution, defect management and release readiness.


* Ensure solutions meet business requirements, customer expectations and operational needs before launch.


* Support roadmap planning, business case development and prioritization discussions.


* Coordinate launch readiness activities, including communications, training, support documentation and stakeholder enablement.


* Drive continuous improvement by leveraging customer feedback, support trends and business insights to enhance the digital experience.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering or a related field.


* 5+ years of experience in project management, digital product delivery, business analysis or technology programs.


* Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.


* Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, release management and business process improvement.


* Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
