DePuy Synthes is recruiting an Environmental Materials and EPR Program Compliance Manager to lead global Product Stewardship compliance for electrical and electronic equipment, e-waste, batteries, packaging, plastics, environmental reporting, fees, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) take-back schemes.

This role translates regulatory requirements into practical business solutions and partners with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Packaging, Sustainability, Government Affairs & Policy, Commercial, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the global SME for materials compliance and EPR requirements, including but not limited to EEE, WEEE, e-waste, batteries, packaging, plastics, reporting, registrations, fees, and take-back schemes.

• Monitor and interpret emerging global requirements; lead impact assessments and translate findings into actionable business plans and clear stakeholder guidance.
