Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


* Identify and prioritize FP&A process improvement and automation opportunities


* Develop and implement automation and AI solutions


* Improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and other recurring FP&A processes


* Develop scalable solutions that can be used across FP&A teams


* Support and coach FP&A colleagues in using automation and AI tools


* Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the FP&A community


* Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams where required


* Track improvement initiatives and their business impact

Candidate Profile


* 8+ years of experience


* Strong understanding of FP&A processes including the development and analysis of financial reports and budgets


* Experience in process improvement, automation or analytics


* Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, SQL or Python


* Strong interest and practical experience in generative AI and AI-enabled workflows


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities


* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and regions
