What You Will Do

As a Business Analytics & Insights Intern, you will:



* Partner with business and analytics teams to analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop insights that support transportation and logistics decisions.


* Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI to improve visibility and decision-making.


* Support strategic projects by conducting data analysis, market research, forecasting, and scenario modeling to evaluate opportunities and business risks.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, analytics , and business leaders, to solve problems and improve processes.


* Leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance reporting, uncover insights, and improve analytical capabilities.


* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders while gaining exposure to how data influences operational, financial, and strategic decisions across the organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2028


* Currently enrolled in a business degree program such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or related fields


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
