Treatment Coordinator

Are you confident talking with patients, explaining treatment options, and helping families understand the financial side of their care? We are looking for a personable and motivated PRN Treatment Coordinator to provide coverage for our orthodontic offices in Sierra Madre and Claremont.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up 816 hours per week while working with a busy, patient-focused orthodontic team.

What Youll Do As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding new patients through their initial visit and helping them understand their recommended orthodontic treatment.

Responsibilities include: Meet with new patients scheduled for consultationsPresent recommended treatment plans in a clear and welcoming mannerReview treatment fees and financial options with patients and familiesAnswer questions regarding treatment and financial arrangementsHelp patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatmentWork closely with the clinical and front office teams to provide a smooth patient experienceMaintain accurate patient and treatment information What Were Looking For Treatment coordinating experience is preferred but not requiredStrong communication and customer-service skillsComfortable discussing treatment costs and financial optionsConfident working directly with patients and familiesOrganized, dependable, and professionalAble to work in a busy, fast-paced environmentFlexible and willing to provide coverage as neededComfortable traveling between Sierra Madre and Claremont Schedule PRN | Approximately 816 hours per week Hours will vary depending on office coverage needs.

Typical shifts may include: 8:15 AM5:30 PM or 9:30 AM6:30 PM Compensation $25$28 per hour, based on experience.

Travel between Sierra Madre and Claremont may be required.
