If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you! Position Overview: The Housekeeper for public areas at High Grove plays a key role in creating a welcoming and luxurious first impression for all guests.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all the public areas and maintenance facilities.

This position ensures that every guest experiences the high standards of service and hospitality expected at a premier golf resort.

The Housekeeper also provides courteous assistance to guests, supports the back-of-the-house departments, and helps maintain a smooth flow of operations throughout the resorts entry areas.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the resort.Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.Clean and maintain all common and back-of-house areas- lobby, bathrooms, halls, shops, offices, storage rooms, and other areas, including the maintenance and receiving facilities.Maintain an organized inventory and ensure that carts, closets, and equipment are in proper condition for use.Reports any damaged items and all lost and found items following established procedures.Ability to complete tasks individually and timely.Reports unsafe conditions immediately.Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid drivers license.Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.Ability to follow instructions, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.The ability to communicate in basic English.

Physical Requirements: Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.This position requires continuous standing and full mobility, enabling the employee to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 70 pounds.Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to withstand temperature variations, both hot and cold.
