Join Schneider Electric's North America Finance team and play a critical role in forecasting, financial planning, executive reporting, and business performance analysis across North America.

In this role, you will support North America forecasting, financial planning, executive reporting, and business performance analysis while driving process improvements, strategic projects, and AI-enabled finance transformation to support executive decision-making across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

In this role, success means becoming the go-to expert for North America's forecasting and planning processes.

You will independently lead the rolling forecast process, execute a seamless annual Proforma cycle, build strong partnerships across finance teams, and deliver accurate, insightful information that supports executive decision-making.

Your ability to improve processes, leverage AI, and drive forecast accuracy will have a direct impact on business performance across North America.
What You Will DoSupport North America Forecasting & Planning


* Support the North America Rolling Forecast process by consolidating forecast results across businesses.


* Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and financial insights for leadership review.


* Consolidate business commentary and ensure consistency across forecasts and assumptions.


* Serve as a key finance partner to teams across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico throughout the forecasting cycle.


* Provide functional support for forecasting tools and identify opportunities to improve planning processes.

Lead Critical Financial Processes


* Own and lead the annual North America Proforma process, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely execution.


* Lead the monthly Latest Thinking process for Orders & Sales by consolidating business inputs and providing an updated view of expected performance.


* Perform consistency checks on financial data and challenge assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.

Deliver Executive Insights


* Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Leadership Team reviews, and other senior leadership meetings.


* Consolidate insights from business finance partners and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations.


* Support ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects requested by senior leadership.

Drive Finance Transformation
