Work you'll do

As a Manager, Clinical Documentation Specialist working with the Life Sciences & Health Care (LSHC) industry practice you will be responsible for leading client engagements that improve clinical documentation quality, support regulatory compliance, and strengthen reimbursement and quality outcomes.


* Lead clinical documentation improvement assessments, documentation reviews, and regulatory compliance analyses across inpatient service areas.


* Direct teams in evaluating medical records, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up documentation to identify gaps, support coding accuracy, and improve reimbursement and quality outcomes.


* Develop and deliver education programs for physicians, clinical documentation improvement teams, health information management teams, and ancillary staff to improve documentation standards and adoption.


* Interpret clinical, coding, reimbursement, and quality analytics, and present benchmarks, trends, risks, and recommendations to physician leaders, executives, and other stakeholders.


* Manage client relationships, project workstreams, and team members to implement documentation improvement action plans, track progress, and report program outcomes.
